My clients intentionally create or manage change, and grow their capacity for resilience and innovation. I am passionate about developing leaders, helping them grow their impact and level up their communication skills.
Training and Facilitation
Groups and organizations can take advantage of my facilitation skills through bespoke programs, speaking engagements, intensive workshops, and group coaching. My background is in experiential education and adult learning; I am also a certified Wiley DiSC facilitator.

Having worked in HR in the US and EMEA, I conduct HR consulting with a focus on culture, employee engagement, retention, change management and career development. I have worked with numerous international startups to guide their People and L+D strategy and implement lasting programs.
